sustain&innovate is the first conference dealing exclusively with sustainability issues confronting the functional textiles industry in a day full of strategic and practical evaluation of current issues, with top-class speakers and panels: The ideal platform for focussing and networking, with the hottest topics and expert speakers.
PERFORMANCE DAYS “functional fabric fair” was founded in 2008 as the first and only fair specifically for functional textiles for sportswear and workwear. For many years now, the fair has been focussing comprehensively on the topic of sustainability. From November 2019 onwards, only sustainable fabrics will be shown at the PERFORMANCE FORUM. Together with SPORTSFASHION by SAZ, the trade fair itself is initiator and event organiser of sustain&innovate.
SPORTS FASHION by SAZ is the industry magazine for all textile topics relating to fashion and function. For over 20 years, it has been an important medium for the sporting goods branch and for all decision-makers along the value chain of functional textiles. For many years now, the issue of sustainability has been an integral part of reporting content in print, online and newsletter media. Together with PERFORMANCE DAYS, the magazine is the initiator of sustain&innovate.
Highclass speakers and fascinating discussion rounds await the audience, such as René Bethmann from VAUDE, Dr. Pamela Ravasio from Shirahime and Charles Ross. The day focuses on new developments within the field of sustainability and encourages companies to act more comprehensively. All talks and rounds of discussions are free of charge and take place at the Expert Talks Area of PERFORMANCE DAYS.
